What to expect when you book a meeting with BurstingBox

Mar 04, 2021

As we are all still in a national lockdown, we thought we’d give a quick update on how our client meetings have changed and what to expect when booking a meeting with us.

Initial Phone Call

Most enquiries start off as an initial phone call as it’s much easier than email communication to get to know you, your business and your goals; all of which give us a much better idea of how we can help you.

Whether it is a bespoke logo design, a marketing campaign or a bespoke website, we want to know what your requirements are to see what the best solution our team can provide.

After a quick phone call we would aim to get you booked in for either a video call or a more in-depth phone call so that we can discuss your requirements in more detail, as we want to make sure we can help before going into too much detail.

What is a Video Call and how does it work?

If you have opted to have a video call with BurstingBox, you will have received a Google Meeting invitation via email with the date, time and link to join the meeting. Google Meet is a free service that allows us to talk via a computer, smartphone or tablet with video and screen sharing capabilities.

Our video calls usually last around 30 minutes and gives us and yourself the opportunity to ask questions regarding the services that you are interested in and gather enough information so that we can produce a quotation for what you require.

What to expect afterwards

After our meeting, expect us to get in contact with you with an official quotation as well as the next steps if you would like to proceed. If you have any queries after the meeting has finished, don’t hesitate to get back in touch with us via phone, email or social media.

Do you have a project that you would like to discuss?

No matter the size of the project you have, we would love to discuss it with you. If you are interested in booking a meeting, get in touch by giving us a call on 01226 664 111 or use our contact form on our contact page.
