How we’re dealing with the Coronavirus

As we are all aware, the Coronavirus is all over the news and is affecting everyone in some way or another. With this in mind, we thought we’d answer a few questions that you may have about BurstingBox.

Are BurstingBox still in the office?

As we are a digital agency, we are following the Government’s advice and working remotely until further notice. Every member of the team are fully equipped to work at home and constant communication is in place to make sure that we work together through this change of workspace.

Will work be going ahead as normal?

Of course! All our work will be delivered as normal, on time and remain professional. We will keep clients updated with projects as usual and be carrying out retainer work as we usually do.

Will I be able to call BurstingBox?

Yes, we may be out of office but all of our calls are being redirected to our work mobiles so we won’t miss your calls. If you’re a current client wanting to discuss project work or a potential client looking at our services, we’d be happy to help with what you need.

Is there still opportunities to conduct meetings?

Yes there is, but due to the team being out of office we will be conducting meetings via phone or video call. As much as we love to meet clients face to face, unfortunately we want to make sure we adhere to the social distancing that has been advised by the Government.
